MotoComply coordinates professional handover, road transport, trailer delivery, export support and marina / port delivery for motorcycles, trikes, quads, boats and yachts. Depending on the vehicle, route and logistics approval, delivery may be included free of charge or quoted separately at cost.

Flexible delivery options for every listing
Each delivery is reviewed by our Logistics Department before confirmation. We check the vehicle type, distance, destination, transport method, insurance requirements, documents and handover conditions before confirming whether delivery is included or quoted separately.
Customer pickup
Collect your vehicle directly from the showroom, storage location or marina network after contract, invoice and handover documents are confirmed. Pickup appointments include a structured handover checklist where applicable.
Free local delivery when approved
For selected listings and routes, MotoComply may include local delivery at no extra charge. Free delivery is always subject to Logistics Department approval, route availability and final order confirmation.
Paid road delivery
Motorcycles, trikes and quads can be delivered by approved road carrier, covered vehicle or trailer transport. When delivery is not included, the cost is quoted clearly before dispatch.
Covered trailer transport
For premium, high-value or weather-sensitive units, covered or specialist trailer transport can be arranged where available. This option helps protect the vehicle during loading, transit and arrival.
Boat and yacht port delivery
MotoComply can coordinate marina or port handover for boats and yachts to buyer-requested destinations where operationally possible. Port delivery may be included or quoted separately depending on route, vessel size, carrier availability, port rules and required documentation.
International logistics and export support
For cross-border purchases, our team can assist with export-ready handover, carrier coordination, document preparation and destination planning. International movement is confirmed case by case and may require a custom logistics quote.

How delivery cost is decided
Delivery pricing is reviewed individually for each order. Some vehicles qualify for included delivery, while others require a separate transport quote. The final decision depends on the vehicle category, pickup point, buyer destination, route distance, carrier type, insurance requirements, port or marina fees, export documentation and timing.

Order and document confirmation
We confirm the buyer details, listing information, invoice, contract status and delivery request before planning transport.
Logistics Department review
Our Logistics Department reviews the route, transport method, cost status and availability. Delivery is then marked as included, free when approved, or quoted separately.
Carrier or port coordination
We coordinate with approved carriers, trailer operators, storage locations, marinas or port contacts depending on the vehicle and destination.
Handover and condition record
Before dispatch, the handover status is documented. For applicable listings, inspection reports, pickup notes, delivery readiness and supporting documents are prepared for customer review.
Delivery tracking and final receipt
The buyer receives delivery updates where available. At arrival, final handover confirmation may be required to close the delivery process.

Is delivery always free?
No. Some deliveries may be included free of charge when approved by our Logistics Department. Other deliveries are quoted separately at cost depending on route, vehicle type, destination, carrier requirements and documentation.
Can MotoComply deliver a boat to my requested port?
In many cases, yes. MotoComply can coordinate port or marina handover for boats and yachts where the destination, vessel size, carrier availability, port access and documentation allow it. Final availability and cost are confirmed before dispatch.
Can motorcycles be delivered internationally?
Yes, international road delivery may be arranged for motorcycles, trikes and quads where available. Cross-border delivery is reviewed case by case and may require export documents, carrier confirmation and a custom transport quote.
When is the delivery plan confirmed?
The delivery plan is confirmed after the order, invoice, contract status, buyer details and logistics review are complete. MotoComply confirms the delivery method and cost status before release.
Do I receive delivery updates?
Where available, MotoComply provides customer-visible updates during the delivery process. Tracking level depends on the carrier, route and transport method.
