Statutory Warranty (Legal Warranty)

All vehicles are covered by statutory warranty:

24 months for new vehicles
12 months for used vehicles (where agreed at the time of sale)

This warranty covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

Customers are entitled to:

Repair or replacement
Price reduction or refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

This warranty is provided directly by MotoComply ApS and cannot be excluded or limited.

Manufacturer Warranty (Where Applicable)

Certain vehicles may include additional manufacturer warranty coverage from brands such as BMW Motorrad or Yamaha Motor Company.

Coverage varies by manufacturer and model
May include engine, gearbox, electronics, or marine systems
Subject to manufacturer terms and servicing requirements

This warranty is separate from the statutory warranty.

Extended Warranty (Optional)

We offer optional extended warranty packages:

Coverage up to 36 or 48 months
Includes key components such as engine, gearbox, and electronics
Optional benefits may include roadside assistance and transferable coverage

This is a paid service and does not affect statutory rights.

Boats & Marine Products

For boats:

24-month statutory warranty applies
Additional warranties may include:
Hull structural warranty
Engine manufacturer warranty
Electronics supplier warranties
